RiseSmart Bolsters Its Strategic Advisory Council With Global HR Executive Ann Weiser

RiseSmart, the leader in next-generation outplacement solutions, today
announced Ann Weiser to its board of advisors. Weiser is the president
of Weiser Works, an HR consulting firm, and has more than 30 years of
global business experience as a human resources executive. In her role

Weiser is the former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Activision
Blizzard, where she was instrumental in the design of the business
integration of Activision and Vivendi Games, and led its global
implementation. Prior to joining Activision, Weiser was CHRO at US Foods

well as internal communication and safety. In her career, Weiser has
also served in key HR roles for Kraft Foods, Baxter Healthcare and a
large office products distributor. An expert in her field, Weiser is a
frequent speaker at HR conferences across the US and has served as an
expert witness in employment related litigation. Weiser also now serves
as an instructor, teaching human resources at the Moore School of
Business at the University of South Carolina.

“To say we are ecstatic to have Ann join the RiseSmart Board of Advisors
is an understatement,” said Sanjay Sathe, RiseSmart Founder and CEO. “As
a globally respected HR veteran, Ann will be instrumental in the
continuing development of RiseSmart and its career transition and
management solutions, and we look forward to her insight and counsel.”

“RiseSmart’s innovation will help shape the future of HR,” said Ann
