IRVINE, CA–(Marketwired – Jul 3, 2014) – Plaza Bank (OTCBB: PLZB) (the “Bank”) has further solidified its management team with the hiring of Amy Yeager as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner.

Ms. Yeager has 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with the past 12 years in human resources. Most recently she served as Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Consultant in the Wealth Management Division of Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that, she held various roles with Wells Fargo, spanning human resources, operations, and branch management.
Ms. Yeager will be responsible for enhancing Plaza Bank’s HR strategies and tactics, administering key policies and procedures and advising leadership on various HR issues.
