New Human Resources VP Selected for Esterline

BELLEVUE, WA–(Marketwired – Jan 27, 2015) – Esterline Corporation (www.esterline.com) (NYSE: ESL), a leading global specialty manufacturer primarily serving the aerospace and defense markets, has announced the selection of Paul Benson to serve as the company’s Vice President, Human Resources. Benson succeeds Tom Heine, who has retired from the role after nearly 15 years with Esterline.

Benson has significant international experience as well as hands-on experience in all HR functions. Most recently, he spent seven years as a Senior HR Director at Hewlett-Packard. While there, he was a leader in the corporate-wide implementation of an HR management system across hundreds of thousands of employees located in more than 100 countries. He also had overall accountability for leading the HR diligence, transition, and early integration activities for more than 30 global acquisitions and divestitures for the company ranging in size from three employees to 150,000 employees and $13 billion in value. Prior to HP, Benson worked for Intel Corporation and Nalley Foods. He has an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Martin’s college.

Kim Martin Joins Vantiv as Chief Human Resources Officer

CINCINNATI – Jan. 26, 2015Vantiv, Inc. (VNTV), a leading provider of payment processing services and related technology solutions for merchants and financial institutions of all sizes, announced today that Kim Martin will join the company as chief human resources officer. Martin will report to Chief Executive Officer Charles Drucker and will be responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, talent development and performance management.

“Kim is a results-oriented professional with strong experience leading people, and attracting and developing talent, which is critical to our growth plans,” said Drucker. “She brings our company strong HR insights from across a variety of industries, both domestic and international. Throughout her career, Martin has held a number of human resources leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility. Most recently, she served as vice president of human resources for the Americas at Zimmer Holdings. Previously, she served as executive human resources leader at GE Healthcare`s Monitoring Solutions and Diagnostic Cardiology division.
